Dr. Shola Ojeyemi, PhD

Dr. Shola Ojeyemi is a seasoned hospitality professional, human resources practitioner, researcher, and business leader with over 25 years of experience in the hotel industry. He is an Operations Manager at Eko Hotels and Suites, Lagos, where he has progressed from a Kitchen Helper to a senior management position through dedication, continuous learning, and professional excellence.

He holds a PhD in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from Babcock University, with research focused on Human Resource Analytics and Employee Engagement in the hospitality industry. He is also the CEO of Orchid Hospitality Consulting Limited, providing hospitality advisory, human capital development, recruitment, and event management services.

Dr. Ojeyemi is passionate about leadership development, employee engagement, mentorship, hospitality excellence, and developing people to achieve their full potential.
